Delivery Information Refresh Retreat Exchange will send an e-ticketvoucher via e-mail no later than 5 days before the start of the festival If your e-ticketvoucher has not arrived 5 days before the show please also check your junkspam folders and if not received please contact us If you change your e-mail address you must let us know in advance your ensure you receive your Refresh Retreat ticket Upon allocation from our onsite ticket exchange Open 7am-1am the user will have access to our luxury toilets which will have a dedicated cleaning team throughout opening times They will also have access to our Refresh Retreat Lounge where the user will be able to take advantage of our hair care stations and dressing tables complimentary toiletries or simply relax on our sofas
