Delivery Information Refresh Retreat Exchange will send an e-ticketvoucher via e-mail no later than 5 days before the start of the festival If your e-ticketvoucher has not arrived 5 days before the show please also check your junkspam folders and if not received please contact us If you change your e-mail address you must let us know in advance your ensure you receive your Refresh Retreat ticket Upon allocation from our onsite ticket exchange Open 7am-1am the user will have access to our 24hr CCTV Monitored secure lockers with a single USB port charger inside each locker The user will be required to bring their own charging lead however if they require a charging lead these will be available to purchase from our ticket exchange office onsite
