Parking Drop off points will be available adjacent to the venue. If you must drive, there are thousands of car parking spaces available in the city centre on an evening, including car parks at the citys universities, such as Booth Street West car park off Oxford Road. The walk to the Co-op Live Arena is approximately 30 minutes from Booth Street West car park. Look at our city centre parking map or consider using a Metrolink Park and Ride site. Accessible parking for blue badge holders is available at Co-op Live. Congestion on the roads close to the Etihad Campus will start to build from around 2 hours before each concert as event-goers begin to arrive.

General Rule All ticket purchases are non refundable; however, we have made it easy for you to transfer or exchange your ticket if necessary. Ticket Transfer Tickets can be directly transferred to friends or family through the Co-op Live app in the run up to the event, and often at your point of purchase. To do this, click \'Transfer Tickets\' on the ticket menu and follow the instructions. Please note that for some events, ticket transfer may be disabled. For guidance on how to transfer tickets through Ticketmaster, visit the help page (https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk) Ticket Exchange Ticketmasters Ticket Exchange is the only resale platform endorsed by Co-op Live. The platform allows fans to sell tickets for face value or less and will appear directly on Ticketmaster. For guidance on how to sell tickets through Ticketmaster, visit their help page (https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk). Entry Policy: We dont allow large bags into the venue for security reasons. You will be permitted to take small clear bags and handbags in with you. We class small bags as no larger than A4 size or standard handbags. One bag is allowed per person. Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags and large tote bags are not permitted inside the venue. If youre coming into the venue, you agree to a personal search and an item search. We can remove dangerous items and anything thats not allowed in the venue. This includes: Food, glass, bottles, cans, plastic bottle tops, alcohol, large umbrellas, professional cameras, and recording equipment. Other items that are prohibited include: Weapons, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, flagpoles, large umbrellas or any other item which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to any event or to other visitors (regardless of whether such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes); religious symbols of faith, where certain conditions for entry (policy available on request and/or as otherwise determined within our discretion), are not met, any items which are or may be illegal (including drugs), bladed/sharp articles, inflatables, flammable liquids in any container, laser pens, confetti, glitter bombs, balloons, wheeled footwear, helmets, full face masks and/or any other item which in our reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to any event or to other visitors (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes), any items which a performing artist, their management, or an organiser request that we prohibit, any banner or flag that we deem to contain material or slogans that are offensive, obscene, abusive or racist, other items which are otherwise prohibited pursuant to our venue T&Cs, or which might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety. We also do not permit Laptops, iPads or Go Pros (or any similar device) into the venue. Any changes to the list below on an event by event basis will be clearly detailed on the event page.
Child Rule Anyone aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Anybody under the age of 16 is not permitted in the standing area. Please note that the venue has a right to remove or reseat, if possible, any child who appears to be under the age of 16 for safety purposes. Additional age restrictions may be placed for specific events, so please do check before purchasing a ticket.
