Call Detail Tickets left for collection can be picked up from the box office located at The Hub (at the top of Johnston Terrace/The Lawnmarket), beside the entrance to the castle from 4pm on the day of the event. Please take the card used to purchase tickets and your Ticketmaster reference number.
Parking There is no onsite car parking. The nearest NCP Car Park is located on Castle Terrace, EH1 2EW (please be advised there is a 5-10 minute uphill walk from this point to the entrance of the concert arena). Visit www.ncp.co.uk for more information on nearby car parks. Alternatively, there are pay and display parking bays located in the City Centre.
Seating Detail Access to the venue is via Castlehill - a steep, cobbled street, which is the only access route into the venue. In the majority of cases, those with disabled tickets will not have to join the main queuing system - please present your tickets at the first ticket check located beside The Hub (The Lawnmarket/the bottom of Castlehill) for priority entry by 6.30pm latest. Should any disabled ticket holders wish to be dropped off in a vehicle at the entrance to the venue, please ensure this vehicle arrives at The Hub (The Lawnmarket/the bottom of Castlehill) by 6.15pm latest. After this time, vehicles will not be granted access to drop off, so please ensure you come in plenty of time. Cars must leave Castlehill by 6.30pm. Please also ensure you have your tickets ready to present to staff at barriers and cooperate with stewards, who are there to assist you. Please approach the venue via The Lawnmarket (from George 1V Bridge/The Mound) and not from via Johnston Terrace, in order to gain this vehicle access. There are toilet facilities for disabled patrons available on the Esplanade. This venue does not offer the Hearing Loop System or Infra Red Hearing system. Disabled parking in St Giles-drop off at top of Castlehill before 6pm and remove vehicle - no parking on site. Return to collect after audience has departed - 10.50pm - as agreed by police at time depending on crowds. This venue does not offer the Hearing Loop System or Infra Red Hearing system.
General Rule Only cameras up to 30mm are allowed in the venue. No video cameras, tablets, professional camera equipment or audio recording devices are permitted. No food, bottles over 500ml or cans. No alcohol or illegal substances. Smoking is not permitted. No pass outs. Management reserve the right of admission.
Child Rule No babes in arms. Everyone attending the show must have a valid ticket.
