Open Hours The box office is located on the 19th Street side of the venue. Event box office opens 90 minutes prior to each show at the Fox Theater. Please be sure to bring photo ID, the credit card that was used at time of ticket purchase, and the Ticketmaster order number as any or all of these may be required for ticket pick up.
