Open Hours The arena box office is located in the upper mall next to KFC and is open during the below hours: Opening Days & Times from Monday 15 April 2013 Monday – Wednesday: Closed Thursday: 12noon-9pm Friday: 12noon-5pm Saturday: 10am-2pm In addition to the above the box office will be open on event days for ticket purchases (if available) and ticket collections.
Payment Cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard and Switch are accepted at the box office. There is a 5% service charge for the use of Visa, Mastercard or Switch.
Call Detail Tickets can be collected during the two working days before the event, or up to half an hour after it begins. The credit card used for the booking must be taken as well as the Ticketmaster reference number.
Parking The arena is served by a 6,500 capacity on-site free car park.
