Open Hours Box Office opens one hour prior to performance and remains open one hour after the show starts if there is an opening act. For concerts or events where there is no opening act, the Box Office remains open for 30 minutes after the show begins.
Payment The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Sears and Interac. NO cheques.
Call Detail Box Office Location: The Will-Call pick up is at the Box Office located directly in front of the venue, at the 8th Avenue entrance through the main doors. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
Parking Paid underground parking is available at: - the facility, access from MacLeod Trail North - City Hall, access off 9th Avenue SE - Telus Convention Centre, access off 1st St. SE Outdoor parking is available on 9th Avenue east of MacLeod Trail, coin machines accept quarters, loonies, twoonies and bills up to $20.
Seating Detail Accessible Seating: The venue is wheelchair accessible from 8th Avenue, just east of the main entrance doors. Drop off is directly in front of the Jack Singer Concert Hall on 8th Avenue. Child Rule Children 2 years of age and under do not require a ticket if seated on a lap. If your child begins to cause a disturbance, please ask an usher about alternate seating.
