Call Detail Any tickets purchased by 5pm the day before the event may be picked up anytime the day of the show. Tickets purchased prior to that time can be picked up 48 hours after the purchase. Tickets purchased on the day of the event may be picked up beginning 2 hours prior to the start of the event. Customers must bring their credit card, driver\'s license and confirmation number to pick up Will Call orders.

Seating Detail This is an accessible venue. Please click on accessible seating icon on event page to see availibility for row \"S\" Seating. This area is located at the same level as the entrances. If you are able to do some stairs, we kindly suggest seats in row R or row Q of the lower level as an option. For those customers in need of mobility impaired seating, and are able to do some stairs, we ask you to request row R or row Q in the lower level. There are approximately 6 steps to row R & 8 steps to row Q. Thank you for your cooperation.

New Security Policy Effective January 1, 2019: Walk through metal detectors in use. Bags that are clear and measure 12x12x6 or less or one-gallon plastic freezer bags (Ziplock or similar) will be permitted inside the venue with personal belongings such as medical items, coats, cameras, binoculars, child care items and for select events including Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins game, IPads and other mobile tablets. One bag may be brought in per person. A wristlet with or without a strap no larger than 4x6x1 will also be allowed inside the venue without being placed into a clear bag and is subject to search upon arrival. General care items such as glasses, wallets and keys and cell phones should stay in a pocket when passing through the metal detectors (subject to change). The following items are no longer allowed inside the venue: Backpacks, Fanny Packs, Purses, String Bags, Diaper Bags, Messenger Bags, Camera Bags/Cases, Brief Cases, Roll Bags, Binocular Cases, Duffle Bags, Cooler bags, Boxes, any Other Bags. Other items not allowed: pocket knives or razor blades, outside food and beverages, horns, whistles, noise makers, laser pens, video cameras, Go-Pro devices, professional lens cameras, any weapon of any kind including chains and wallets with chains Security Policies may vary by event and are subject to change. The arena is a smoke-free facility. No re-entry upon exiting.
