Call Detail All tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the evening of the event after the doors open. You must bring with you the original card used to purchase the tickets and the confirmation code given as proof of purchase.

You can find more info about access bookings on the venue website: https://www.academymusicgroup.com/o2academyleicester/access . The disabled access area is on the balcony level in O2 Academy Leicester and access into the venue is on street level for all rooms.

Child Rule Age Restrictions: Gigs: The minimum age is 8 unless with written permission from venue management. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Clubs: Strictly over 18s (Photographic ID may be required)
