Open Hours The box office is open only on performance days, 1 ½ hours before the doors open. The box office is closed on non-performance days.

Call Detail Any tickets left at the Box office may be picked up on the day from when the doors open. Please do not forget your credit card you used to book with and your confirmation number given as proof of purchase. Please note that letters of authorisation are accepted if the card holder is not attending.
Parking The Forum supports green travel and advises customers to utilise public transport when travelling to and from events. Customers are strongly advised not to drive to The Forum. The venue is situated in a mainly residential area with an extensive Controlled Parking Zone in operation. Only car owners with resident permits will be allowed to park on street in the designated areas and any cars that are parked illegally may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) from LB Camden. Seating Detail https://academymusicgroup.com/o2forumkentishtown/access O2 Forum Kentish Town takes the needs of disabled customers and those with specific access requirements very seriously and actively encourages all patrons to attend the events scheduled at the venue. We advise patrons to contact the venue via email access@o2forumkentishtown.co.uk or telephone on 020 3362 4110 to reserve a space in the accessible area and/or a companion ticket as soon as the event is announced, once the venue has confirmed patrons can purchase a standard ticket via www.ticketmaster.co.uk. The telephone line opens at Midday and closes at 4pm and operates Monday to Friday. Please do not call outside of these hours as you will be asked to call back. Due to Licensing and Health & Safety Assessments, we regret the number of wheelchairs that we can admit to the main auditorium is limited and we must treat all patrons on a first come first served basis. A photocopy/scan of one of the following official documents (dated within the past 12 months) will enable you to qualify for a free personal assistant ticket. Please do not send the original copy. Access card (including full name and number) DLA letter (stating care and mobility component) PIP letter (stating daily living and mobility needs) Evidence that the patron is registered severely sight impaired Recognised Assistance Dog ID card Please note that a ticket will not be sent out to your PA prior to the event. They will be available for collection at the venue Box Office when you arrive.
General Rule No video cameras, professional cameras or recording devices allowed. No food or drink to be taken in to the venue. No readmission. No dress code.
Child Rule Please check event description as age restriction varies. Clubs: Strictly Over 18s (Photographic ID required to gain entry). All customers are advised to bring proof of age to ensure entry as we operate Challenge 25.
