Open Hours Monday - Saturday: 09:30 by telephone. 12:00 in person. On show days the box office will remain open until 15 minutes after the show starts. On Sundays when there is a show, the box office opens shortly before the performance.

Call Detail Collect from the venue on the day of the show during box office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.
Parking Bridges car park (signposted from the city centre and two minutes\' walk from the venue). Open until 23:30. Cost £1.00 per hour.
Seating Detail The venue is accessible to disabled patrons. There is a lift to the dress circle and access to the stalls can be gained at street level. Please note that there are 70 stairs from the main entrance to the upper circle and a total of 105 to the gallery. Therefore these levels are not recommended for patrons with mobility problems or those who have a fear of heights. Child Rule Babes-in-arms (children under 2 years old) will not be allowed in the theatre. Children aged 2 - 15 years old shall require their own ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
